President / Clinical Director
Brook Madden,
M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Brook Madden has worked in private clinical practice with individuals with autism spectrum disorders since 2012 and is a graduate of the BCaBA certificate program (2013) at Florida Institute of Technology, and the online Master of Education program in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (2016) at Arizona State University. Her experiences have included severe behaviors, early intervention, social skills, functional communication training, verbal behavior training, executive functioning training, instructional design, parent training, staff training, and functional analyses. Brook has also supervised individuals locally and remotely pursuing certification since 2016.

As a proponent for continued advancement in ABA as a practice, Brook began Gingerly Therapy in 2022 to focus on responding efficiently and compassionately to distressed families of children with autism. As a practitioner, Brook balances technical skills with relationship-building skills that strengthen the commitment to treatment. Brook’s vision for Gingerly Therapy centers on empathy and compassion as essential aspects of ABA as a practice.

Lindsey Dobrowsky,
B.A., BCaBA, LaBA
Lindsey Kern received her bachelor’s degree from California State University of Fullerton in Psychology, as well as her Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysis Certification from Florida Institute of Technology. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2016 as a Registered Behavior Technician, “where she immediately became passionate about the field and the children. Lindsey has enjoyed working with children between the ages of 2-15 diagnosed with ASD in the school, center-based, in-home and community settings. Lindsey is currently a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst.

Ashley Padovese
B.S., BCaBA, LaBA
Ashley Padovese was born and raised in Las Vegas. She graduated from UNLV with a bachelor’s of science in 2011. She began her career in ABA in 2013 when she started working as a Certified Autism Behavior Interventionist (CABI). She fell in love with the field and continued on to become an RBT. Eventually, she attended the Florida Institute of Technology for her BCaBA coursework, finishing in 2019. She has worked with all ages from 2-18 years old, and has extensive experience with teaching social skills. She was a lead social skills instructor for three years, as well as a director of four social skills groups for one year. She also has extensive experience with functional communication training and the use of AAC devices, gaining advanced training in her work as a BCaBA along side Occupational and Speech therapists at her former company. Ashley is well versed in The Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised (ABLLS-R), programming individualized treatment goals from results, and fluently training RBTs on implementation of her treatment plans.

Jessica Mussio
M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Jessica Mussio has been dedicated to supporting individuals with autism since the age of 15, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to the field. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2018, followed by a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Jessica brings extensive
experience providing compassionate and individualized therapy to clients across a wide range of ages and abilities. Her work is driven by a passion for creating meaningful, engaging experiences that foster growth and positively impact the lives of others.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jessica enjoys exploring her creative side through songwriting and film photography. Her adventurous spirit leads her to connect with nature, engage in jam sessions, and spend time stargazing with loved ones.

Taryn Bearden
M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Taryn Bearden has a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities through compassionate, trauma-informed care. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, she has dedicated her career to creating naturalistic, child-led interventions that empower individuals and their families.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from UNR in 2018 and her Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from UNLV in 2023. Taryn began her ABA journey as an RBT in 2020, gaining experience in both clinic and home settings. She became a BCaBA in March 2024 and achieved her BCBA certification in August 2024.
Taryn believes in the power of collaboration and connection to create meaningful progress. When she’s not working, she enjoys archery, collecting crystals and Winnie the Pooh treasures, spending time with her cat Tourmaline, and planning her next (hypothetical) Disneyland trip.

Lauren Mack,
Lauren Mack had been an integral part of Gingerly Therapy since its inception in 2022, playing a key role in shaping the organization and its mission. She dedicated her time, talent, and heart to helping build a compassionate and impactful therapy practice, leaving a lasting legacy before her departure in January 2025.
Lauren began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she quickly fell in love with witnessing client growth and the positive impact of ABA on families.
She gained experience as an RBT trainer and BCaBA apprentice, working across in-home, center-based, and community settings. Lauren earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and later obtained her BCaBA certification from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is currently a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
Although Lauren has moved on to new opportunities in Reno, her
contributions to Gingerly Therapy and the countless lives she’s touched will always be cherished. We are forever grateful for her dedication, mentorship, and the heart she poured into our community.
